Very clean and comfortable en-suite facilities and great English breakfast.

Standard of comfort was excellent and the decor in all public areas and rooms was stylish and clean. The staff were welcoming, polite and most helpful.

The size of the bathroom was a little bit on the small size!

I only there over nght and mostly everything was just about ok

There was a very big wedding party there that day, I was not pre warned about this, the lounge area was full and the wedding reception was still going on when we returned at night, this did finish at 12 but had I wanted to go to bed earlier the noise would have prevented me from sleeping. My bathroom was not very clean, the bath, basin and toilet were but the shelves and skirting boards were quite mucky, the bed was not very comfortable and the general presentation was not good, the bed trow had a stain which did not look nice and the writing paper provided (albeit that I did not need to use it) had tea stains on it. For a twin roon costing £110 b & b I have stayed in very much nicer places

The staff were notably approachable and friendly as well as courteous. They were extremely helpful and made you feel they were there to assist you.

Without doubt the staff are the best thing about this hotel, we found them to be polite, efficient and helpfull at all times. Dogs welcome and free wi fi were definite plus points for us. Stayed 2 nights the first night the food was excellent, however on the the second night a sunday, probably the chefs night off, the food was very dissapointing. The breakfast on both days was very good and it was particulary nice to have it cooked to order rather than greasy food sat under a lamp, service, especially from the two young woman on Saturday was attentive at all times. We chose the Hotel for its location to a venue we were visiting and would use it again for the same reason, but not for a break or relaxing weekend.

The food on the second night, the waiter failed to ask us if everything was ok even though we left nearly all our vegetables, having eaten everything the night before. Our room was on the ground floor with the car park at eye level and there was only one chair even though there was plenty of room for two.

Very pleasant and efficient staff. Bedroom was small but functional

For a double superior the room was small and at the front of the hotel suffered from traffic noise.

Lovely big room, comfortable bed, clean, well presented, well cared for, attentive staff, lovely welcome, nice bathroom - although the shower pressure could have been better!

The shower! The cabinet was. Reliant, lovely size, but the water pressure was v.poor.
